Sometimes you’re surrounded by so much chaos and uncertainty that you can’t seem to find your way. You might get overwhelmed and frustrated. You can’t seem to figure out which way is up or which way you should go.
In those times, you might think your guidance (your intuition) is screwed up and you “can’t tell” what you should do. So, you head over to your favorite Facebook group and ask for “intuitive hits” from the masses on your situation.
And I understand. I’ve done that before too. . .
Until I realized something very simple.
That chaos you’re feeling is a direct result of one (or more) of these things:
- you have too many choices
- you don’t have a clear understanding
- your heart’s not in it

So, how do you master the chaos?
You must be ruthless about where you’re going and what you contribute. You must eliminate (or drastically reduce) distractions. That’s the first half.
The second half is to ask yourself these 4 questions, which I call the Rule of 4.
First, you ask these 2 questions:
- Will it move my life forward?
- Will it move my business forward?
If you get a NO to either or both of those questions, STOP! That means, it’s not meant for you, right now.
If you get a YES to BOTH of those questions, move on to the next 2 questions:
- Is it true to me?
- Is it loving?
And do the same thing – if you get a NO to either or both, STOP! It’s not for you, right now.
If you get a YES to both of those – which means you’ve gotten a YES to all 4 questions – then, move forward. It’s definitely for you right now.
But here’s the thing – if you don’t have a clear idea of where you’re going in the first place and WHY, none of this will matter in the long run.
My zone of genius is helping coaches, leaders, healers, and other visionaries create clarity out of chaos. I help you take all of the pieces you have and put them in the order that will work best for you so that you can (finally!) have a clear roadmap to get you from here to where you really want to go.

Rock on.
